Leeward Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Estimating Department. The ideal candidate will assist with bid opportunity research, vendor contract management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Bid Opportunity Research: Identify and track bid opportunities from various sources to support business development.
Vendor Contract Management: Maintain and monitor vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution of deliverables.
Financial Tracking: Create and maintain spreadsheets for vendor payable items and other financial records.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks as assigned, including document management and reporting.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Strong accounting and analytical skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret bid documents and contracts.
