TDC Logistics Center

Located in Jessup, PA, the $13.4 million TDC Logistics Center project involved full-site development for a 750,000 square foot tilt-up warehouse facility. Leeward Construction moved 860,000 cubic yards of material and completed 600,000 cubic yards of rock blasting, all supported by on-site crushing operations to meet aggressive timelines.

The project also included wetland mitigation over a 2-acre area, mine mitigation work, and the construction of a signalized intersection through PennDOT’s Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) process. With tight environmental controls and large-scale site demands, this project highlights Leeward’s capacity to tackle complex logistics and infrastructure developments.
